Our focus for the last several years has been working with retirement plan sponsors to enhance plan design and help employees achieve their financial goals.  We are part of a team of professionals from a variety of defined contribution and defined benefit disciplines that will help your participants improve their retirement readiness.

The plans are complex and come with a great deal of fiduciary liability.  Plan sponsors and employers are faced with significant fiduciary responsibility.

Because of these complexities, successful management requires a close working relationship between the Plan Sponsor and Financial Advisor.

We work with plan sponsors who represent small, mid-sized, and large companies.  We work with our clients to determine the appropriate plan and design for their company, to educate participants on the importance of saving for retirement, and to prepare plan sponsors for their role as a fiduciary.

We follow a four step process with each plan sponsor:

  1. Listen closely to understand your needs.
  2. Create and propose solutions that address your specific plans and goals.
  3. Select and implement appropriate solutions.
  4. Meet regularly to review progress and make adjustments accordingly.

Our goal is to help our clients provide a benefit that helps the company recruit, reward, and retain its employee talent at a reasonable cost so the employer can focus on running the business.
